  • Yoel Parra Guerra is a tattoo and visual artist from Holguín, Cuba. A graduate of the Professional Academy of Fine Arts in his hometown, specializing in painting, he has successfully merged his academic training with the world of tattooing, creating a unique signature that distinguishes him within the art scene.

Throughout his career, he has also explored other disciplines, working in audiovisual production and stage design for theater. This has allowed him to expand his creative vision and experiment with different forms of expression.

His influences are diverse, including architecture, graphic design, abstract art, and photography. These disciplines have provided him with a solid foundation for approaching tattooing from a more conceptual and multidimensional perspective. The combination of these influences is evident in his work, where he constantly seeks new ways to connect with the viewer and explore the boundaries between visual art and skin.

He continues to develop his work at his studio, Figura 22, a place where tattooing goes beyond mere aesthetics, elevating the practice to a deeper and more reflective level—turning art into a transformative experience.

  • Originally from Sherman, Texas, Haley Osina is a tattoo artist and illustrator based in Austin. With a background in fine art and graphic design, and a lifelong love of drawing and hands-on creation, she brings a thoughtful, illustrative approach to tattooing.

Haley began tattooing in 2017, and quickly fell in love with the depth, history, and intimate nature of the work. After taking some time to explore other avenues of artistry she is returning to the tattoo industry as an artist at Figura 22 with an even deeper determination to dedicate her life to the craft.

Her work draws from a wide range of visual influences, including the natural world, fantasy and mythological creatures, medieval objects and imagery, and geometric shapes and patterns. These inspirations weave their way into everything she creates, from tattoos, to digital and traditional illustration, and other physical medium explorations. Her tattooing style is highly illustrative, designed to suit each client’s unique story, aesthetic, and anatomy. She primarily enjoys working in black ink, utilizing intricate linework or soft dotwork to build implied lines and textures that lend her work an ethereal feel.

She is honored to grow as an artist at Figura 22 and excited to contribute to the studio’s creative vision while continuing to refine her craft and connect through meaningful work.

  • Originally from Houston, Keblin brings 11 years of tattooing experience to Austin, combining a unique creative approach with a strong foundation in fine arts. He holds a degree in studio art and graphic design, which further informs his craft.

Keblin’s tattooing style leans toward the abstract and surreal, designed to flow harmoniously with the human anatomy. His goal is always to accentuate the body's natural shapes and curves, creating tattoos that feel organic and intentional.

He often experiments with a juxtaposition of styles or focuses on a single approach to create striking, wearable art. His work explores surreal concepts, fluid body movement, and innovative techniques that challenge conventions, ensuring his art remains dynamic and ever-evolving. He approaches his craft with humility and passion, constantly pushing his creative boundaries.

Beyond his talent, Keblin is also known for his kindness, warmth, and laid-back demeanor—one of the chillest people you'll ever meet.
